As landlords now bear the costs for all paperwork, referencing etc, we try to keep these prices low by using third parties we have built relationships with, and using local independent companies for things such as the inventory check-in and cleaning. We never add hidden fees or take ‘back-handers’! If you want to use your own contacts instead of ours, we are more than happy to accommodate that too.
